Coopers Beer wanted to launch their new Dark Ale product with a series of bespoke branded concerts. Their agency approached us to help find the right band to fit the product and the demographic – in a nutshell, they needed to be a big dark and gritty. We went out into the market and researched the “fit” of the band, availability and cost, and produced a shortlist of recommendations. Coopers selected indie band British India, and they did six concerts across the country. Drinker could win tickets when they purchased product. There was no television, it was all driven by social and point of sale.
